What we collect

If you complete the contact form, we collect the name, company, email address, phone number and message you provide. If you email or call us, we hold the contact details and correspondence you send.

Why we use it

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and, where you go on to become a client, to provide and administer our services. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — replying to an enquiry you chose to send us — or performance of a contract once you engage us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Records relating to clients are kept for as long as we work together and for six years afterwards, to meet legal and accounting requirements.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. We use service providers to host this website and store enquiry data on our behalf; they process it only on our instructions.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email Info@wadiwa.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
